You have a strong background in payments and financial products, ideally with experience in pricing strategies and fee structures. You understand the complexities of card payment fees and are comfortable working with data to generate insights. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Partnerships. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for optimizing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in fee management. You thrive in an office-first environment and value in-person collaboration, contributing to a culture of teamwork and innovation.
What you'll do
As a Payments Business Analyst at Adyen, you will be responsible for supporting the interchange and scheme fee passthrough product. This involves configuring and optimizing fee structures within Adyenβs pricing engines, ensuring that they accurately process card payment fees. You will contribute to the reconciliation of over $8B in costs, providing insights that enhance the understanding of complex fee dynamics. Your role will require you to be the go-to expert on North American card network fees, continuously collaborating with various teams to enhance and evolve the pricing infrastructure. You will ensure that the systems are scalable, accurate, and efficient, directly influencing the future of fee passthrough at Adyen.
