You have a strong analytical background with experience in payment processing — you've successfully led strategic analyses and deep dives into transaction data to identify opportunities for improvement. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights is a key strength, allowing you to recommend and drive initiatives that enhance payment acceptance and customer experience.
You are skilled in conducting market research and trend analyses on global payments data — this expertise enables you to develop data-driven strategies that align with the company's global footprint. Your proficiency in preparing executive-level reports and dashboards ensures that senior management receives clear, high-impact insights on payment performance.
You excel in resolving complex payment discrepancies and issues — as the first point of escalation, you collaborate effectively with internal teams and external payment partners to implement systematic fixes. Your proactive approach to managing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) ensures the optimization of existing payment methods, focusing on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategic analysis of transaction data, identifying trends and recommending initiatives to improve payment processing. You will conduct deep dives into payment metrics, translating your findings into actionable strategies that enhance authorization rates and overall customer satisfaction. Your role will involve preparing and maintaining executive-level reports that communicate payment performance to senior management.
You will also support the Payments team in executing new payment method and processor implementations, ensuring that these initiatives align with the company's strategic goals. Your ability to analyze and manage KPIs will be crucial in optimizing payment methods, ensuring high acceptance rates and efficient routing.
Collaboration is key in this position — you will work closely with various internal teams and external partners to resolve payment discrepancies and implement permanent solutions. Your analytical skills will be essential in driving initiatives that continuously improve payment acceptance and customer experience.
