What you'll do

As a Senior Implementation Engineer at Adyen, you will be the primary point of contact for our largest merchants globally. You will manage new implementations and enhancements for existing customers, ensuring that all technical integrations are seamless and efficient. Your role will involve consulting with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions that align with their business goals.

You will lead pre-sales calls, showcasing Adyen's capabilities and how they can benefit potential clients. Your technical expertise will be crucial in guiding clients through the design and implementation phases, ensuring that they are equipped to utilize our platform effectively. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure that client requirements are met and that solutions are delivered on time.

In addition to managing implementations, you will also be responsible for documenting processes and creating training materials for clients. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way will be essential in helping clients navigate our systems. You will continuously seek feedback from clients to improve our services and enhance the overall customer experience.

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $180,000 to $210,000, reflecting our commitment to competitive compensation.
