What you'll do

As the Director of Engineering for the Digital Experiences Platform at Adyen, you will shape the evolution of our interface into a comprehensive platform that enhances the merchant journey. You will lead the engineering teams responsible for developing and scaling the platform, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product management and design teams to create a cohesive user experience that reflects our commitment to innovation.

You will act as the primary conductor of the engineering efforts, providing a robust frontend/backend backbone and shared services that empower autonomous domain teams to deliver high-quality features rapidly. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the adoption of best practices and ensuring that the engineering teams are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
