What you'll do

As the Team Lead for Implementation in Greater China, you will define success for your team and set strategic direction aligned with long-term priorities. You will drive implementation excellence by ensuring that customers go live efficiently with scalable, production-grade integrations. Your role will involve coaching and developing your team through clear goals, frequent feedback, mentoring, and performance management. You will act as a sparring partner for your team, providing guidance on complex technical projects and stakeholder management.

You will foster an environment of collaboration and innovation, encouraging your team to tackle unique technical challenges at scale. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that the implementation process is smooth and that customer outcomes are met. You will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the broader APAC and global implementation function, ensuring that best practices are shared and adopted.
