Overview

Fender is seeking a Sales Director for the Greater China region to drive sales strategy and maximize business opportunities. You'll work closely with distributors in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. This role requires strong sales management experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in the musical instruments or consumer goods industry. Your ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies has led to significant business growth in previous roles. You understand the nuances of the Greater China market and have experience working with distributors to maximize sales potential.

You possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, allowing you to effectively liaise between distributors and internal teams. Your analytical mindset enables you to forecast sales accurately and manage inventory levels efficiently. You are comfortable with regular travel to maintain strong relationships with distributors across the region.

What you'll do

As the Sales Director for Greater China, you will develop and execute sales plans that align with Fender's overall business strategy. You will work closely with the China sales team to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for growth. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end relationship with distributors, ensuring they have the necessary support to succeed.

You will monitor sales promotions and rebate schemes, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Additionally, you will assist distributors in placing future orders and provide accurate sales forecasts to optimize inventory management. Your role will be pivotal in driving Fender's presence and sales performance in the Greater China market.
