What you'll do

As the Team Lead for Procurement Excellence, your primary focus will be on managing the third-party lifecycle — you will lead your team in ensuring seamless onboarding and due diligence processes while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for advanced risk management strategies that protect the organization and its stakeholders. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various teams across the organization to strengthen risk resilience and drive operational excellence.

You will also play a pivotal role in contributing to Adyen's ambitious growth targets — your leadership will directly impact the effectiveness of the Procurement & Vendor Management team within the Finance organization. You will be expected to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring that your team is equipped to tackle unique technical challenges at scale.
