Adyen is seeking a Technical Support Team Lead to guide a dedicated support team in Amsterdam. You'll work closely with merchants to solve complex technical and operational questions while collaborating with various internal teams.

You have a strong background in technical support and team leadership, with experience in managing support teams that engage directly with customers. You understand the importance of providing exceptional service and are skilled at resolving complex technical issues efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge gaps and foster collaboration across departments.

What you'll do

As the Technical Support Team Lead, you will oversee the Platforms and Financial Services Support Team, acting as the first point of contact for Adyen’s merchants globally. Your role involves guiding and developing your team to ensure they are equipped to handle complex inquiries and provide timely solutions. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Product, Account Management, and Sales teams to enhance the support experience and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

You will be responsible for shaping the future of the support function within Adyen, implementing best practices and processes that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability, where team members are encouraged to share knowledge and learn from one another. You will also play a key role in identifying training needs and facilitating professional development opportunities for your team.
