What you'll do

As a Payments Optimization Manager at Adyen, you will be responsible for managing the full funnel of payments, focusing on optimizing performance and reducing fraud rates. You will work closely with the Performance Optimization team to develop and implement strategies that enhance payment processes and improve customer satisfaction. Your role will involve analyzing payment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, as well as collaborating with various teams to ensure that optimization strategies are effectively executed.

You will lead projects that require cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that all teams are aligned on goals and objectives. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be key to your success in this role. You will also be responsible for reporting on the effectiveness of optimization strategies, providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on your findings.
