You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy diving deep into data to help businesses optimize their financial reporting processes. Your experience in financial analysis or reconciliation makes you a subject matter expert, capable of guiding clients through complex tasks. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for merchants. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders. You are motivated by the challenge of turning historically difficult areas into strengths, and you are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and ethical solutions.
What you'll do
As a Reporting and Reconciliation Analyst at Adyen, you will play a crucial role in helping our largest merchants understand and optimize their use of our financial reporting tools. You will work directly with these strategic clients, guiding them through complex reconciliation tasks and acting as a financial subject matter expert during their onboarding process. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Implementation Managers and Project Operation Managers to reduce onboarding friction and accelerate time-to-margin. You will also work closely with Sales, Account Managers, and Support teams to enhance the overall experience for merchant finance teams. Your hands-on approach will be essential in turning challenges into long-term strengths for our clients.
