You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in financial technology or related fields — you understand the complexities of financial flows and reconciliation processes. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data — you can define metrics that matter and use insights to drive product decisions. Your experience includes collaborating with engineering and design teams to create user-centric solutions that simplify complex tasks.
You are a proactive communicator who can articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels — you thrive in environments where collaboration is key and are adept at managing expectations and aligning diverse teams towards common goals.

What you'll do
As the Senior Product Manager for Reporting & Reconciliation, you will lead the product strategy and roadmap for this critical domain — your focus will be on transforming how merchants manage their financial flows, ensuring they can reconcile transactions quickly and accurately. You will work closely with engineering teams to define the underlying data architecture and user experience, ensuring that the solutions you deliver are intuitive and effective.
You will conduct user research to understand the needs of financial users and identify pain points in their reconciliation processes — your insights will guide the development of features that simplify their workflows and reduce the time spent on reconciliation tasks. You will also define success metrics and track product performance, using data to inform future iterations and enhancements.
Collaboration is key in this role — you will partner with design, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure that product development aligns with user needs and business objectives. You will facilitate discussions and workshops to gather feedback and iterate on product features, ensuring that the final product meets the high standards expected by Adyen's merchants.
What we offer
Adyen offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $243,000 for this role, reflecting the importance of the position and the expertise required.
