Who you are

You have 8-10 years of experience in strategic finance or commercial finance, ideally within a high-growth, global technology or fintech environment. You are a strategic and analytical thinker who can balance long-term vision with effective short-term execution. Your ability to build strong collaborative relationships with leadership is key to defining and driving financial strategy aligned with the company's growth drivers.

You possess a deep understanding of financial analysis, enabling you to assess investments, strategic initiatives, and business cases effectively. Your experience allows you to translate complex data into executive-level insights, providing critical challenge and thought partnership on high-impact commercial decisions. You thrive in environments that require robust trade-off evaluations and are adept at coaching finance peers to drive alignment across teams and time zones.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build strong collaborative relationships with commercial leadership to define and drive financial strategy. You will lead complex financial analyses to assess investments and strategic initiatives, translating data into actionable insights for executive decision-making. Your role will involve providing critical challenge and thought partnership on high-impact commercial decisions, ensuring a balanced evaluation of trade-offs.

You will act as a connective tissue between the San Francisco-based commercial teams and the Amsterdam-based Finance team, coaching finance peers and driving alignment across functions. Your strategic insights will help shape the company's long-term growth trajectory, and you will be instrumental in ensuring that financial strategies are effectively communicated and executed across the organization.
