As a Strategic Finance Manager at HomeLight, you will play a critical role within the Finance team, partnering closely with the Sr. Director of FP&A and executive leadership. You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering strategic insights and driving informed decision-making, developing corporate strategy, and improving financial and operational performance across the business. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential in achieving HomeLight's goals and core values.

You have experience in financial planning and analysis, and you are comfortable managing capital markets relationships and fundraising activities. Your strong communication skills will allow you to effectively convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Desirable

Experience in the real estate sector or technology platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting techniques. You are adept at using financial software and tools to analyze data and generate reports that inform strategic decisions. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with HomeLight's vision of simplifying real estate transactions. You will analyze financial data to provide insights that drive business decisions and improve operational performance. Collaborating with the CFO, you will manage relationships with capital markets and support fundraising initiatives. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends and opportunities for growth within the organization.

You will also work closely with the Sr. Director of FP&A to prepare financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring that the company remains on track to meet its financial goals. Your contributions will help shape the corporate strategy and guide the organization towards achieving its objectives. You will be expected to present your findings and recommendations to executive leadership, making your role pivotal in the decision-making process.
