You are an implementation consultant who serves as the primary point of contact for merchants' technical teams. Your ability to guide them through the design, development, testing, and launch phases of their integrations with Adyen's platform is crucial. You understand the importance of maintaining open lines of communication with both merchants and internal teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work on diverse projects that encompass various payment solutions, including e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and card issuing programs. You will leverage your technical proficiency and business acumen to guarantee a smooth implementation process. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with merchants to understand their needs, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that integrations are completed on time and to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the integration process, working closely with both the merchant and internal teams to resolve them efficiently.

You will play a vital role in ensuring that the merchant experience is exceptional throughout the project lifecycle. This includes not only the technical aspects of the integration but also understanding the business implications and ensuring that the solutions provided align with the merchants' goals. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with merchants will be key to your success in this role.
