What you'll do

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in growing Cohere’s business by engaging with customers during the pre-sales and post-sales processes. You will take a hands-on approach to develop customer demos and proof of concepts that highlight the business value of our AI platform. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will gather insights into their business objectives and translate these into tailored technical solutions. Your role will involve acting as the technical relationship owner, ensuring that customer needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. You will also be responsible for maintaining ongoing communication with customers to understand their evolving needs and to provide them with the necessary support.

You will work closely with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and insights, helping to shape the development of our products. Your strategic thinking will be essential in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions to existing customers. You will also contribute to the creation of technical documentation and resources that assist customers in understanding and utilizing our platform effectively. As a key member of the team, you will help drive the adoption of our AI solutions across various industries, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes.
