What you'll do

As the Technical Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the Platforms and Financial Services Support Team, ensuring that they provide timely and effective assistance to Adyen's merchants. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, Product, Account Management, and Sales, to address complex technical and operational inquiries. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.

You will lead by example, guiding your team through challenging situations and helping them develop their problem-solving skills. Regularly reviewing team performance and providing constructive feedback will be key to your success in this role. You will also play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization by contributing to the development of support processes and tools that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
