What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Adyen, you will be the primary point of contact for our merchants' technical teams — guiding them through the design, development, testing, and launch phases of their integrations with our platform. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all aspects of the implementation process are executed smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

You will leverage your technical proficiency to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions that enhance the merchant experience. By maintaining open lines of communication with our merchants, you will ensure that their needs are met and that they feel supported throughout the integration process.
