You are a proactive communicator, providing feedback to the Product Management team to support product enhancements.

What you'll do

As an Implementation Engineer at NICE, you will be responsible for collaborating with both new and existing clients to implement NICE products. You will act as an expert in configuring the client's NICE portal, taking primary responsibility for setting up and implementing technical systems and applications. You will work closely with Engagement Managers and Implementation Consultants to ensure that the client's portal is configured to meet their needs. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues during the implementation phase and assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, serving as a lead resource on various projects focused on improving configuration and implementation processes. Additionally, you will document configuration steps and develop process plans for implementing specific products or features, while also providing valuable feedback to the Product Management team to support product enhancements.
