Overview
Aero is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform direct maintenance in accordance with the company’s Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program. This role requires FAA certification as an Airframe and Powerplant Technician.

Who you are
You are an FAA certificated Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician with a commitment to safety and quality in aircraft maintenance. You understand the importance of following maintenance programs and procedures to ensure the airworthiness of aircraft. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment make you a valuable asset to any maintenance team.
You thrive in a structured work environment and are comfortable working shifts, including a 10-hour, 4-day work schedule. You are adaptable and can handle varying shifts during training, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to the role. Your passion for aviation drives you to maintain high standards in your work, ensuring that every aircraft is safe and ready for flight.
What you'll do
As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at Aero, you will perform direct maintenance on aircraft in accordance with the company’s Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP). You will report to the Director of Maintenance or their subordinate, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs to maintain the safety and reliability of the aircraft.
You will work closely with other technicians and maintenance personnel, collaborating to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. Your role is crucial in maintaining the operational readiness of the fleet, and you will take pride in your contributions to the overall safety and efficiency of air travel at Aero.
