What you'll do

As a Staff Frontend Engineer at Aerospike, you will lead the development of user-facing features for our real-time database platform — your work will directly impact how our clients interact with their data and utilize our technology for mission-critical applications. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that the user experience is seamless and intuitive. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to help them grow in their roles. Your responsibilities will include optimizing application performance, implementing responsive designs, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. You will be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, and will have the opportunity to influence the technical direction of our frontend architecture.

What we offer

At Aerospike, we offer a competitive salary range for California-based applicants, between $170,000 and $215,000, depending on experience and location.
