What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with the VP to define and execute the long-term technical vision for Aerospike's Core Database Technology team — your insights will guide the development of server, client, tools, and connector teams. You will lead initiatives that drive innovation in high-performance, low-latency data systems, ensuring that Aerospike remains at the forefront of database technology. Your responsibilities will include mentoring engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to align on technical goals. You will also be tasked with evaluating and implementing new technologies that enhance system performance and reliability.

Aerospike provides a competitive salary range for California-based applicants, between $225,000 and $300,000, reflecting your experience and expertise.
