What you'll do

As the Senior Technical Lead Manager, you will oversee the Core Platform team, guiding them in building foundational platforms that support multiple products. You will be responsible for designing and operating reliable systems that enable rapid development of customer-facing capabilities. Your role involves collaborating closely with machine learning, search, product, and data teams to influence the roadmap and execute various projects.

You will architect and build out essential platforms such as content ingestion, permissions enforcement, and identity management systems. Your leadership will be crucial in defining performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to enhance overall system performance. You will also play a key role in hiring and mentoring engineers, ensuring they grow in their careers while contributing to the team's success.
