Who you are
You have experience as an Engineering Change Analyst, with a strong understanding of business processes and change control. Your expertise in TeamCenter will be crucial in managing EC workflows and ensuring the quality of documentation. You are detail-oriented and committed to excellence, ensuring that component specifications comply with relevant industry standards.
You possess leadership skills that enable you to shepherd engineering documentation into complete packages that support procurement and production. Your ability to coordinate product releases from NPI to production will be vital in driving Aeva's mission forward. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at refining change control business processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage engineering change workflows and approval processes, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete. You will coordinate product releases, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all specifications meet Aeva's high standards. Your responsibilities will include developing and refining change control processes, as well as ensuring compliance with industry standards.
You will play a key role in supporting procurement and production by providing complete documentation packages. Your analytical skills will help identify areas for improvement in the change control process, driving efficiency and quality in product releases. You will also collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that all documentation is up to date and reflects the latest changes in product specifications.
