Overview

Smartsheet is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to support the data lifecycle and enhance organizational health and employee experience. You'll work with SQL and data visualization tools to create insightful reports and dashboards. This role requires experience in data analysis and reporting.

You have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, with experience in SQL and data visualization tools. You understand the importance of organizational health metrics and are passionate about improving employee experience through data-driven insights. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with stakeholders to design impactful reports and dashboards. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for uncovering trends and insights from complex datasets. You are comfortable with the entire data lifecycle, from extraction and cleanup to reporting and visualization. You are eager to leverage AI findings to optimize talent programs and business results. You are committed to fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing team performance through data.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain foundational descriptive reports and dashboards that inform operational decisions, including compliance reporting. You will support the design and reporting of core organizational health KPIs such as diversity, retention, and engagement scores across People systems. You will assist with the administration of employee surveys, producing summaries of key results and trends for leaders. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that data insights are effectively utilized to optimize talent programs. You will be responsible for executing analysis that helps the team understand and improve organizational health and employee experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with AI-generated findings to enhance your analyses and reporting. Your contributions will play a crucial role in helping Smartsheet achieve its goals and foster a thriving workplace.
