You have extensive experience in systems engineering and program management, with a proven track record of leading complex hardware programs from concept through high-volume production. Your ability to drive alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and executive teams ensures that high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget. You thrive in environments that require both strategic planning and hands-on execution, and you are adept at ensuring readiness across global operations.

Your strong communication skills enable you to facilitate seamless collaboration between contract manufacturers and local teams, fostering an environment of teamwork and shared goals. You understand the intricacies of hardware development and are comfortable navigating the challenges that arise in a fast-paced engineering environment. You are detail-oriented and possess a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to identify potential issues before they escalate.

Desirable

Experience in the hardware industry is a plus, as is familiarity with global supply chain management. You may also have a background in project management methodologies, which enhances your ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of hardware programs, ensuring that all phases of development are aligned with company objectives.
