Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in systems software development, particularly with wearable devices and Android (AOSP) or RTOS. Your background includes leading engineering teams and fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. You are adept at managing cross-functional collaboration and mentoring engineers to achieve their best work.

You possess deep knowledge of core operating systems, including BSP, firmware, and OS services. Your expertise extends to connectivity technologies such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and cellular, ensuring robust and reliable communication for wearable devices. You understand multimedia components like audio, camera, display, and graphics, and how they integrate into the overall system architecture.

You are skilled in system health management, focusing on performance, power, thermal management, latency, and memory optimization. Your leadership style emphasizes collaboration, and you are committed to delivering scalable and innovative software platforms that meet high standards of reliability.

Desirable

Experience with firmware development and low-level programming is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools will help you thrive in this role. A passion for wearable technology and its potential to enhance user experiences is essential.
