Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in sales management, particularly within the automotive or SaaS industries ā you've successfully driven revenue growth and developed strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise in Salesforce allows you to maintain accurate forecasts and manage sales pipelines effectively.
You possess a deep understanding of the automotive customer lifecycle and marketing services ā your knowledge of OEM standards and dealership operations enables you to navigate complex sales environments. You are results-oriented and thrive in a performance-driven culture, consistently achieving or exceeding your sales targets.
You are an excellent communicator and collaborator ā you work closely with executive leadership to align on strategic goals and execute a top-down approach to capture dealer group opportunities. Your ability to engage with prospective customers through face-to-face visits demonstrates your commitment to building strong relationships.
You are adaptable and quick to learn ā you stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings, ensuring you can provide valuable insights to your clients. Your analytical skills help you develop a qualified pipeline that reflects your sales targets, driving both personal and team success.
What you'll do
As a Senior District Sales Manager at Affinitiv, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives ā you will develop and maintain a robust pipeline that meets or exceeds your monthly booking targets. You will work closely with the VPās to execute a top-down approach, identifying and capturing specific dealer group opportunities.
You will conduct regular face-to-face visits with prospective customers, delivering paperwork and closing business effectively ā your ability to engage with clients will be crucial in establishing trust and credibility. You will also be responsible for maintaining a four-month rolling forecast in Salesforce, ensuring accurate pipeline management and reporting.
Your role will require you to stay informed about our products, competition, and market trends ā you will leverage this knowledge to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each dealership. You will be evaluated based on your OKRs, focusing on pipeline growth and revenue generation.
