Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in managing key accounts and driving strategic initiatives. Your strong analytical skills enable you to assess partner performance and recommend programs that enhance product adoption and visibility. You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to engage effectively with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You thrive in a customer-facing role and are results-oriented, always aiming to deliver strong outcomes for your accounts. Your ability to negotiate complex contracts and pricing strategies is complemented by your experience in developing account plans that align with business goals. You are comfortable working against ambitious timelines and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on long-term growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of Affirm’s strategic accounts in Canada, focusing on driving value and growth. You will develop and execute sophisticated account plans that include financing optimizations and marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing partner performance and orchestrating cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that increase product adoption and revenue. You will engage with key stakeholders to negotiate contracts and explore expansion opportunities, ensuring that you are aligned with the overall business objectives. Collaboration with teams across Product, Technical, and Marketing will be essential as you work to enhance the customer experience and drive General Merchandise Volume (GMV). You will also be responsible for delivering strong results and fostering lasting partnerships with merchants.
