What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key player in the Credit Decisioning team, focusing on developing new underwriting features that enhance the user experience and expand access to credit. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, including engineering, risk, analytics, product, and capital, to ideate and implement solutions that drive significant business impact. You will participate in the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring that technical constraints are articulated and considered. You will break down larger projects into individual tasks, delivering them in multiple phases while supporting your peers and stakeholders throughout the process. Your contributions will directly influence the company's ability to responsibly increase access to credit, and you will have the opportunity to work on launches that have a meaningful impact on users.
