What you'll do

In this role, you will define and lead the technical strategy and roadmap for Affirm’s data infrastructure and analytics platforms. You will architect, build, and scale data pipelines that power analytics and machine learning initiatives, ensuring that data is accessible and reliable for business decision-making.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Analytics, to deliver data solutions that have measurable business impact. Your role will involve championing data quality, observability, governance, and compliance across Affirm’s global systems, ensuring that all data practices align with industry standards.

As a technical mentor, you will guide best practices in data modeling, transformation, and code quality, helping to elevate the overall skill set of your team.
