Your background includes developing ETL processes that efficiently handle large volumes of structured and unstructured data, ensuring high standards of quality and performance. You are well-versed in various data storage solutions, including RDS, NoSQL databases, and cloud storage services, and you understand how to evaluate and implement the best options for different use cases.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, data science, machine learning, and product analytics teams. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly allows you to contribute effectively to cross-functional projects. You are passionate about leveraging data to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency, and you are committed to delivering data-driven solutions that meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience with machine learning frameworks and data science methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics tools that support data-driven decision-making. You are always eager to learn about new technologies and methodologies that can enhance your work and the overall data ecosystem.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of Inspiren's data pipelines and infrastructure, driving innovation and ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies. You will collaborate with various teams to develop data models and pipelines that support customer-facing applications, research, reporting, and machine learning initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and optimizing ETL processes to ingest, process, and transform data efficiently.

You will also focus on optimizing data models to enhance data storage and retrieval processes, ensuring that they are scalable and performant. Evaluating and implementing a variety of data storage solutions will be a key part of your role, as you work to create a robust data ecosystem that meets the needs of the organization.
