What you'll do

In this role, you will define and drive the vision for continuous integration and developer productivity infrastructure at Affirm. You will lead and mentor a team of CI engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design, scalability, and reliability of build systems across multiple services and platforms.

You will ensure that developers receive fast and reliable feedback cycles by optimizing build times, test coverage, and reporting. Implementing monitoring and alerting processes will be crucial to minimize downtime and maintain the integrity of CI systems. You will work closely with engineering teams to identify pain points and lead initiatives that improve productivity through tooling and automation.
