What you'll do

In this role, you will counsel Affirm’s Business teams and other cross-functional stakeholders on relevant consumer financial services laws and regulations. You will support the origination and servicing of loan and payment products, providing strategic advice regarding Australia consumer finance and protection laws. Monitoring legal and regulatory developments in consumer lending and servicing will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to share your legal expertise and support with your teammates, ensuring that Affirm's products comply with applicable laws while also aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
