What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the primary regulatory attorney for Headway, providing legal guidance to the product and engineering teams as they develop innovative solutions for mental healthcare. You will review product designs and features to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, helping to mitigate risks while enabling the team to move forward with confidence. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including product managers and engineers, to align legal considerations with business objectives. Your insights will help shape the strategic direction of product initiatives, ensuring that legal perspectives are integrated into the decision-making process from the outset.
