Job Description

Who you are

You have proven experience building and launching search products — you've shipped search experiences end-to-end and understand relevance, user needs, and how to create seamless interactions. Your background includes working closely with design teams to deliver compelling consumer experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction.

You are data-driven and comfortable using analytics to identify friction points in user journeys — you leverage experimentation to measure outcomes and continuously improve core consumer experiences. Your collaborative nature allows you to partner effectively with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ship high-impact features.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and drive feature development for the Home Tab, ensuring that users can easily discover relevant merchants, products, and offers. You will lead the Search Experience end-to-end, focusing on enhancing the app's front door and executing on AI-native search capabilities as the workstream accelerates.

You will also take charge of the Profile/Settings surface, making account management simple, transparent, and trustworthy for users. Your responsibilities will include partnering with cross-functional teams to ship consumer-facing products that have measurable impacts on conversion rates, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and repeat usage.

You will utilize data and experimentation to identify friction points in the user journey, measure outcomes, and continuously improve the overall consumer experience. Your role will be pivotal in driving user acquisition and activation through innovative product features.
