What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product vision and strategy for the Consumer Risk product, ensuring that Affirm's core payment experience remains competitive and user-friendly. You will lead a team of Product Managers, guiding them in developing and executing product roadmaps that align with the company's mission of making credit more honest and accessible. You will collaborate closely with engineering, machine learning, and analytics teams to enhance the risk-based decisioning system, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of consumers and merchants alike.
You will be responsible for defining key performance indicators and success metrics for the product, using data-driven insights to inform product enhancements and strategic direction. Your role will involve regular communication with senior leadership to provide updates on product performance and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. You will also engage with external partners and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, continuously iterating on the product to improve user experience and drive growth.
