You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a strong analytical mindset to guide your product initiatives.
What you'll do
As the Senior Director of Product Management at Yugabyte, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of YugabyteDB’s Cloud offerings. You will lead the roadmap, development, and enhancement of features for Yugabyte Aeon, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of enterprises. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on customer feedback and market trends. You will also be responsible for setting key performance indicators to measure the success of product initiatives and iterating on the product based on user feedback. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
