Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager (International) to drive the execution and growth of credit and purchasing experiences in the UK. This role requires effective stakeholder management and a strong understanding of product strategy.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on international markets and financial products. You are commercially minded and possess a strong ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams, and you are comfortable engaging in technical discussions. You have a bias towards action and a proven track record of driving product strategy and execution.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech sector or with credit products is a plus. Familiarity with user experience design and metrics-driven decision-making will help you excel in this role. You are a strong communicator who can articulate product vision and strategy to diverse stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution, growth, and scale of Affirm's offerings in the United Kingdom. You will lead the credit underwriting and purchasing experience interfaces, ensuring they meet the needs of consumers and retail partners. You will define success metrics for the credit and purchase user experience and oversee their implementation to ensure impactful results. Collaborating with engineering teams, you will help shape the product roadmap and prioritize features that align with Affirm's mission to provide transparent financing solutions.
You will engage with various stakeholders across the organization to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the product development process is aligned with market needs. Your role will involve analyzing user data and market trends to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for communicating product updates and strategies to internal teams and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.
