You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in the energy sector or related fields. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a knack for turning complex data into actionable insights that drive customer growth. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with engineering and leadership to create impactful products. You are passionate about sustainability and the role technology plays in the transition to renewable energy.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate product vision and strategy effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in environments where you can innovate and drive change. Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for evolving Enode's customer platform from a set of integration tools into a strategic intelligence layer. You will collaborate with engineering and other product managers to ensure that the platform not only connects assets but also optimizes and scales them to capture the full value of consumer flexibility. You will analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product development and prioritize features that enhance customer experience.
You will lead the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Your role will involve conducting user research, defining success metrics, and iterating on product features based on data-driven insights. You will also work closely with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies and ensure that the product resonates with target audiences.
