What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the technical strategy for your team, aligning it with critical business-impacting projects. You will collaborate across teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that technical sustainability is prioritized. Your leadership will help shape foundational systems in a greenfield environment, making a significant impact on both customers and the business.

You will take ownership of your team’s operations, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the team is equipped to handle challenges effectively. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team. You will also be involved in setting up and optimizing backend services and pipelines that support bankruptcy workflows and hardship support.
