Agoda is hiring a Contract Management Analyst to support contract operations across the business. You'll work closely with procurement, supply, and finance teams to manage the full contract lifecycle. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Who you are

You have experience in contract management and understand the intricacies of the contract lifecycle — from creation and review to compliance and renewal. You are detail-oriented and can identify areas for improvement in contract processes, particularly in procurement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with teams across procurement, supply, and finance to ensure contracts are well-organized and compliant. You are proactive in identifying contracts that may not be centralized and take initiative to streamline processes. You possess strong analytical skills that help you assess contract performance and compliance effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Agoda's contract operations by managing the full lifecycle of contracts. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that contracts are created, reviewed, and renewed in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include organizing and tracking contracts through a centralized management system, ensuring that all contracts are traceable and compliant with company standards. You will also identify contracts that may currently sit outside the main system and work to integrate them into the centralized process. Your role will involve continuous improvement of contract processes, particularly focusing on procurement, to enhance efficiency and governance.
