Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in contract management and a strong understanding of the contract lifecycle — you excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in contract execution. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple contracts simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. You understand the importance of effective communication and are comfortable liaising with various stakeholders, including sales, legal, and finance teams. You are adaptable and open to learning new skills, as you believe in continuous personal and professional growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the end-to-end customer contract lifecycle, ensuring timely and compliant contract execution. You will review contracts for accuracy, validate pricing and discounts, and ensure adherence to established processes. You will partner closely with sales and sales operations to enable productivity and consistent commercial outcomes. Your responsibilities will include conducting contract reviews, providing operational support, and assisting in the development of contract management processes. You will play a key role in driving the growth of Poppulo by ensuring that contracts are executed efficiently and effectively.
