What you'll do

As a Staff Frontend Engineer at Agoda, you will lead the design and development of AI-driven chat experiences that power Agoda’s AI Assistant. You will collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define the scope and requirements of new features, ensuring that they align with user needs and business goals. Your role will involve creating prototypes and conducting experiments to validate ideas before full-scale implementation.

You will be responsible for architecting frontend solutions that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional. This includes optimizing performance and ensuring that the applications you build are accessible and user-friendly. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and guiding them in best practices for frontend development.
