What you'll do

In this role, you will spearhead the architecture and system design of Agoda’s next-generation front end systems. You will lead a team of talented engineers, guiding them in implementing best practices and ensuring high-quality code. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers and designers to create seamless user experiences that cater to millions of travelers. You will also be involved in performance tuning and optimization of existing applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of speed and efficiency. As a key player in the engineering team, you will mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth. You will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality and team collaboration. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the table that can further enhance Agoda's frontend capabilities.
