What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Regional VP and Country Director to define and implement country strategies that align with Agoda's global initiatives. You will be responsible for driving the local implementation of these strategies, ensuring that they are executed effectively and efficiently. Your role will involve providing analytical support and strategic advice to solve complex problems, helping to identify new opportunities for Agoda's accommodation partners.

You will lead projects that enhance relationships with partners, ensuring sustainable and long-term collaborations. Your ability to interpret data and market trends will be crucial in shaping the direction of the Regional Management Office. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.
