What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Regional VP, Country Director, and Operations & Strategy Head to define and implement strategies that align with Agoda's goals. You will provide analytical support and strategic advice to solve complex problems, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to tackle challenges. Your responsibilities will include project prioritization and planning, as well as setting relevant KPIs to measure success. You will be instrumental in driving the local implementation of global initiatives and innovations, making a significant impact on the company's operations in the region.
