What you'll do

As the Finance Process and Transformation Manager, you will lead the Finance Operations Excellence Team in transforming Agoda's finance operations. You will partner with various teams to identify process improvement opportunities and execute initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve establishing robust business process management frameworks to ensure sustainable, high-quality outcomes across the organization.

You will champion Lean Six Sigma and other best-in-class methodologies to solve problems and streamline workflows. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to embrace change and innovate. You will be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of implemented changes and making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

In this role, you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on process improvements and operational goals.
