What you'll do
As the Finance Process and Transformation Manager, you will lead the Finance Operations Excellence Team in transforming Agoda's finance operations. You will partner with various teams to identify process improvement opportunities and execute initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve establishing robust business process management frameworks to ensure sustainable, high-quality outcomes across the organization.
You will champion Lean Six Sigma and other best-in-class methodologies to solve problems and streamline workflows.
