What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of Agoda's tax technology stack, focusing on indirect tax engines and compliance enablement. You will work closely with the Tax Data & Technology Associate Director to ensure that the systems meet the evolving global tax landscape for digital services. Your responsibilities will include defining product requirements, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of the tax systems and making recommendations for enhancements based on user feedback and compliance changes. Engaging with stakeholders across the organization, you will ensure that the tax technology aligns with business objectives and supports operational efficiency.
