Who you are

You have a strong background in finance operations, with a focus on process improvement and transformation. You thrive in a data-driven environment and are comfortable analyzing and designing finance processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Your experience includes executing Value Stream Maps (VSMs) and Kaizen methodologies independently, showcasing your ability to lead process optimization initiatives.

You possess excellent analytical skills and are adept at identifying improvement opportunities within finance operations such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, payments, and reconciliations. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that you can drive change and implement best-in-class solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in reimagining and optimizing Agoda's finance processes. You will analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design improvements that drive business value. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various stakeholders to implement process enhancements and ensuring that the finance operations center operates at peak efficiency.

You will also be responsible for supporting the journey towards building a world-class finance operations center, which involves continuous monitoring and refinement of processes. Your insights will help shape the strategic direction of finance operations, making a significant impact on the overall efficiency of the organization.
