What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and refining perception algorithms that give our autonomous tractors human-like awareness in rugged environments. You will develop and implement computer vision and machine learning systems that process noisy data, enabling tractors to navigate through challenging conditions. Your work will involve writing production-grade software and optimizing models specifically for embedded hardware.

You will collaborate closely with team members across the autonomy stack, owning critical pieces of our perception stack. This hands-on role will require you to test your work on real tractors at operating farms worldwide, ensuring that the systems you develop are safe, reliable, and generalized for various scenarios. You will drive innovations that enhance the capabilities of our autonomous systems, contributing to the future of agriculture and beyond.
